| Key Responsibilities |
• Providing support to sales team & customers i.e. Dealers & Organised Retail.
• General day to day administrative functions of Sales dept.
• Timely reminders for collection .
• Co-ordination :- with sales Dept for allocation of products & POS with logistics Dept for dispatch of goods
• Status report generation on daily, weekly & monthly basis related to available stock, suggested PO, various approval notes, updating on product arrivals, follow up with sales operation & logistics dept for order fulfillment, checking dealer requirement / replenishment of stock.
• Managing customer complaints in terms of supply of product, defective exchange, point of sale supply, delayed delivery, non supply & servicing issue.
• Making tele calls to potential new customers & generating leads. |
